Home-Based Case Managers
Remote | £45,000 + Benefits | 3–5 days per week

Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Health Case Managers to join their supportive, forward-thinking team. This fully remote role provides flexibility, variety, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Telephone-based case management across a range of occupational health issues

• Producing high-quality, evidence-based clinical reports

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues

• Promoting employee wellbeing through tailored clinical advice

Requirements

• NMC Part 1 registration

• Occupational Health Degree or Diploma (Ideal but not essential)

• Proven experience in case management

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
